最高人民法院关于审理因垄断行为引发的民事纠纷案件应用法律若干问题的规定
This is the first court interpretation on civil anti-monopoly cases. Companies may institute an action directly with the people's court without recognition by administrative departments.

All enterprises are required to set up workers' representative meetings, disclose management information to workers, such as documents on their evaluation and promotion, information on the enterprise's performance and mid-to-long term plans.

Maternity leave for female workers is extended from 90 days to 98 days (14 weeks).
