Mass media to cooperate in combating fraudulent advertisements.

Main contents:
With respect to an advertisement in respect of which the public has filed a report or lodged a complaint, the mass medium shall instruct an advertisement reviewer to conduct a new review thereof and require the advertiser to give an explanation of the matters in respect of which the report was filed or the complaint lodged and provide additional relevant supporting documentation (Article 7).
