US firm has expanded its asset management and fund formation practice in Asia with the addition of Richard Metsch and Pang Lee. Both are based in Hong Kong.
Metsch is a senior counsel who relocated from the firm's New York office. He brings over two decades of experience working closely with investment advisers on the formation, marketing and operation of hedge funds, private equity (PE) funds and commodity pools.
Lee joins as a counsel from the Hong Kong office of Debevoise & Plimpton. His experience is with Asia-focused PE funds and he focuses on the organisation and operation of private investment funds including buyout funds, special situation funds, real estate funds, fund of funds and international investment funds.
