Dispute resolution partner, James Kwan has left Simmons & Simmons and will join the Hong Kong office of Baker & McKenzie. With a particular focus on infrastructure, engineering and energy disputes, he will work on international commercial arbitrations and litigations.
Kwan sits on the LCIA, DIAC and Cietac panel of arbitrators, and is the co-chair of the Australasian Forum for International Arbitration.
