Former Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom lawyer, Ke Geng has joined the Beijing office of O'Melveny & Myers as a partner. He is a corporate finance and capital markets specialist, and is admitted to the New York bar.
Ke recently worked on the New York IPO of Youku.com and acted for China Citic Bank in its US$5.4 billion IPO and dual listing in Hong Kong and Shanghai in 2007. He has a strong practice in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
