    China Construction Bank has raised US$9.2 billion in its global rights offering. The joint underwriters were China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities, CCB International Capital, Morgan Stanley, Citic Securities Corporate Finance, Merrill Lynch Far East, Credit Suisse and Boci Asia.

    Advising China Construction Bank was a Hong Kong-based Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer team and its counsel on Australian law aspects was Baker & McKenzie.
