    NXP Semiconductors Beijing (NXP Beijing) has been sold to US-based Dover Corporation, along with another NXP Semiconductor business, for US$855 million. NXP Beijing is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and its seller was parent company, the Europe-based NXP Semiconductors.

    The seller was advised by De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and by Fangda Partners as to PRC law. Lead counsel to the buyer was Baker & McKenzie.
