Main contents: All entities and individuals have the right to report to the government department in charge of pricing of any suspected acts of price monopoly (Article 5). The first business operator that reports at its own initiative to the government department in charge of pricing of the details of the price monopoly agreement and provides important evidence may be exempted from penalty (Article 14).
