    The Beijing office of Mayer Brown JSM has hired energy specialist Ping Liu from Baker & McKenzie.

    Liu, who is a consultant, has extensive experience working with multinational corporations on M&A, foreign direct investment, renewable energy and climate change. She has advised on hundreds of clean development mechanism (CDM) projects in China and has acted on two of the largest CDM deals in the PRC to date.
