    Li Liang has re-joined Jun He Law Offices and will be based in Beijing. Li's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, specialising in M&A, capital markets and foreign direct investment.

    Li joins from the Hong Kong office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. From 2001-2005, he was resident in the Shanghai office of Jun He before going to Cleary Gottlieb.
