China Huayou Group subsidiary, Soluxe International (Soluxe) has invested US$150 million in the construction and development project of the soluxe International Industrial Zone in the Republic of Chad, Africa.China Huayou Group is owned by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). Soluxe is a logistics services provider for overseas sites of CNPC.
The Chad project will comprise a hotel complex and an industrial zone. The latter, located in Djarmaya, is set to consist of a gas bottle plant, a polypropylene material plant, a purified water plant, a liquid petroleum plant, office buildings, apartment buildings and other infrastructure facilities.
A Gide Loyrette Nouel team based in Beijing has advised Soluxe.
