    Litigation and arbitration specialist Patrick Zheng has left the Beijing office of Herbert Smith to join Clifford Chance's China team. Zheng will lead the magic circle firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice as it continues to expand.

    Zheng had previously worked for eight years at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Cietac) and has been a counsel and advocate before various arbitral tribunals. He speaks Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese and English.
