China's largest online clothing retailer, Vancl.com (Vancl) has raised US$100 million. This was achieved through equity financing from a consortium of investors including Ceyuan Ventures, Tiger Global Management, IDG Capital Partners and SAIF Partners.
Vancl was represented by a Beijing-based Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker team, led by private equity specialist Roger Peng. DLA Piper and O'Melveny & Myers advised the investors.
