Shenzhen restricts purchase of residential premises to two units.

Main contents: Resident families with household registration in Shenzhen (including families with certain family members being residents with household registration in Shenzhen) may purchase no more than two units of residential premises. Resident families without household registration in Shenzhen that are able to provide at least one year's proof of local tax payment or social insurance contribution may purchase one unit of residential premises (Article 2).
