    Mingfa Group (International) Company has issued US$200 million convertible bonds with US$ 50 million of warrants. The issuer is a Chinese investment company with a focus on property development.

    The financial advisors to Mingfa Group were UBS and Bocom International. Warburg Pincus Private Equity and Warburg Pincus X Partners, private equity investment funds managed by Warburg Pincus, were the subscribers of the convertible bonds.

    Advising Mingfa Group was Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker. Hong Kong-based Vivian Law led the team that included partners Catherine Tsang and Steve Winegar. Morrison & Foerster acted for Warburg Pincus.
