    Sateri Holdings has debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising US$402 million. The issuer is a producer of specialty cellulose with operations in China and Brazil. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to build a new plant in Fujian Province, fund M&As and expand production capacity of its project in Brazil.

    The joint global coordinators were Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. BOC International Holdings, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse were the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

    The issuer was advised as to Hong Kong and US law by a Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer team led by Teresa Ko, Grace Huang and Calvin Lai. King & Wood was Sateri Holdings' PRC counsel. The underwriters were represented by Linklaters and Fangda Partners.
