    Goodbaby International Holdings, a PRC-headquartered durable juvenile products company, has raised HK$1.47 billion (US$189 million) in its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company plans to use to proceeds to expand its production capacity, and for R&D and commercialisation of new children's products.

    The retail tranche of the offering was oversubscribed and was the highest level of oversubscription in Hong Kong this year. The joint sponsor and underwriter on the offering was Morgan Stanley Asia.

    Sidley Austin was the issuer's Hong Kong counsel and Appleby advised it on offshore law. The underwriter was represented by Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker.
