    Antoine de la Gatinais, an M&A and private equity partner, has joined the Shanghai team of Gide Loyrette Nouel. He was relocated from the firm's Paris office.

    In addition to cross-border acquisitions, de la Gatinais has experience in the corporate aspects of the development of investment funds. His clients include Weinberg Capital Partners, BNP Paribas and Caisse des Dépôts.
