Formerly at Mayer Brown in Chicago, Wu's addition will provide a boost to O'Melveny's Greater China M&A and private equity (PE) practices. He has solid experience acting on public and private M&A, PE, fund formation and corporate governance matters.

    A PRC native, he is US-qualified and holds post-graduate degrees in urban planning and engineering.
