    Glorious Property Holdings (Glorious Property) has issued US$300 million worth of senior notes. The Shanghai-based issuer is one of the leading PRC property developers and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Standard Chartered Bank was the sole bookrunner and sole lead manager of this offering.
