The magic circle firm has hired three new lawyers to join its Greater China-focused litigation and arbitration team.
The Shanghai office welcomes IP specialist and patent attorney, Ann Chen, and senior litigation and arbitration specialist Bing Yu. Litigation and arbitration associate Lei Shi is based in Hong Kong.
Chen's practice centres on patent procurement and global IP strategies, with a specialty in the life sciences industry. Yu advises on complex litigation and arbitration matters, and on regulatory compliance. Shi has experience in litigation, arbitration and IP matters across a range of industries.
