    Blank Rome has hired William Zheng as a partner in its public companies and capital formation group. He was previously a Shanghai-based special counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton. With Blank Rome, he will be based in Hong Kong.

    Zheng's practice focuses on working with Chinese companies in corporate and transactional matters, particularly in accessing the US capital markets through various transaction models such as alternative public offerings, Pipe financings and using reverse mergers.

    He is qualified in New York.
