PRC real estate developer, Franshion Properties (China), a subsidiary of Sinochem Corporation, has made a private placement offering of US$600 million perpetual subordinated convertible securities.
Boci Asia, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Securities and Standard Chartered Bank were the placing agents on the transaction.
Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker represented Franshion Properties and its Hong Kong-based team was led by Vivian Lam and Raymond Li. Linklaters counselled the placing agents.
