    Fujian-based PRC auto parts manufacturer Changfeng Axle (China) Company has raised US$103 million through its international offering and initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

    CCB International Capital and Morgan Stanley Asia were the joint sponsors and joint lead managers on the offering. Morgan Stanley was also the sole bookrunner and sole global coordinator.

    Representing the underwriters was a Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker team led by Sammy Li from Hong Kong and Milton Chou from Shanghai. Fangda Partners also acted for the underwriter. The issuer was advised by Sidley Austin, Jun He Law Offices and Conyers Dill & Pearman.
