Main contents: The project for new supply of land for commodity residential premises and urban land use revision shall be launched in 2010. The construction of affordable commodity residential premises shall be no less than 30% of the total floor area of the residential premises (Article 3). Commercial banks shall suspend the grant of mortgage loans for purchase of the third or more unit of residential premises according to the risk status, and for non-local residents who fail to provide at least one year's proof of local tax payment or social security contribution. The purchase of residential premises by overseas organisations and individuals shall strict abide by existing relevant policies (Article 7).
