Main contents: Where a party applies to the people's court for enforcement of an ad hoc arbitral award made in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) or an arbitral award made in the HKSAR by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or other foreign arbitration institutions, the people's court shall conduct an examination of the arbitral award in accordance with the provisions of the Arrangement between the Mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Reciprocal Enforcement of Arbitral Awards (Arrangement). In the absence of any circumstances set out in Article 7 of the Arrangement, the arbitral award shall be enforceable in the mainland.
