Clifford Chance partner Kathy Honeywood has relocated from London to Shanghai for a short-term secondment.
When on an earlier posting to Shanghai in 2006-7, Honeywood, a partner of the firm since 1998, advised Chinalco on its investments in Rio Tinto. She specialises in corporate finance and domestic and cross-border M&A.
Senior associate David Lam also started a one-year secondment to Shanghai from May 1. Lam's practice focuses on mainland China financing transactions. He has been with the firm since 2001.
