Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) has made a fixed price all cash tender offer for all of its outstanding 7.875% Senior Notes due 2013. Over US$165 million of the notes (approximately 58%) were accepted for purchase.
Sidley Austin was US and Hong Kong counsel to Nine Dragons, while Jun He Law Offices provided PRC advice. Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson was US and Hong Kong counsel to Merrill Lynch in its role as dealer manager in the offer.
Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as Bermuda counsel to Nine Dragons, with Allen & Gledhill providing Singapore legal representation.
