Hong Kong and Macao investors allowed to set up out-patient clinics in Guangdong.

Main Contents: Hong Kong and Macao service providers may set up out-patient clinics in the form of wholly-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province. There shall be no restriction on the total investment amount (Article 1). In case of out-patient clinics in the form of equity or co-operative joint ventures set up in Guangdong Province by Hong Kong or Macao service providers with mainland companies, there shall be no restriction on the total investment amount or the ratio of investment between the two parties (Article 2).
