Macnica, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has bought Cytech Technology and its subsidiaries in the PRC for US$55 million.
Cytech distributes electronic components, including semiconductors, in the PRC.
JSM advised the sole shareholder of Cytech on the deal, with partner Hannah Ha leading. Gavin Nesbitt headed a Deacons team advising Macnica.
