The fund will focus on investments in shopping centres and mixed-use projects in cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Chengdu and Nanjing.
Hong Kong corporate partners James Walker, Matthias Feldmann and Elizabeth Mifsud led a Clifford Chance team which acted for the Fund and advised Grosvenor in respect to the joint-venture arrangements. Richards Butler advised Vega regarding the venture.
