Main Contents: The minimum registered capital of a foreign-invested telecommunications enterprise that provides basic telecommunications services nationwide or beyond a single province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government is lowered to Rmb1 billion and that of a foreign-invested telecommunications enterprise that provides basic telecommunications services within a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government is lowered to Rmb100 million (Article 5).
