Main Contents: The Implementing Regulations provide further details to the PRC Employment Contract Law concerning the conclusion of employment contracts, termination and ending of employment contracts, and placement. Circumstances under which an employer or a worker may terminate an employment contract are also clarified (Articles 18 & 19).
