Lovells has elected Horace Lam as a partner in Beijing while promoting Geoffrey Lin to consultant in the Shanghai office, bringing the total number of partners and consultants in the firm in Asia to 26 and 21 respectively. Lam has been elected as an intellectual property media and technology partner. His promotion follows on from Lovells' launch of a trademark agency in China in December 2007.
