Taiwan firm J&J Attorneys-at-Law's nine lawyers have joined the Taipei office of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis (K&L Gates). With offices in Taipei, Hong Kong and the PRC, K&L Gates will further strengthen its domestic and cross-border capabilities.
“The joining of our firms broadens J&J's services to clients through the expanded resources of K&L Gates, particularly through its offices in China and Hong Kong,” said Jacqueline Fu, managing partner at J&J. “Our clients have specifically desired this type of enhanced international platform.”
The merger has increased K&L Gates' Taipei office with more than 25 legal professionals.
