Main Contents: The Catalogue lists the customs clearance measures for enterprises that fall under different administrative categories, for example:
(1) In addition to Category A administrative measures of customs, consignees and consignors of Category AA shall be entitled to facilitation measures such as:
- exemption of on-spot inspection in general; and
- actual payment of bank deposit system shall not apply to processing trade enterprises (in the case of enterprises engaged in processing trade of commodities in the restricted category, matters shall be handled in accordance with state processing trade policies).
(2) In addition to normal customs administrative measures, consignees and consignors of Category A shall be entitled to priority customs declaration, inspection and release of goods.
(3) Consignees and consignors of Category B shall be subject to normal customs administrative measures.
(4) imports and exports of consignees and consignors of Category C shall be subject to inspection with special attention.
(5) Cargoes as specified in each declaration form of consignees and consignors of Category D shall be opened for inspection.
