(1) National Energy Commission;
(2) Ministry of Industry and Information;
(3) Ministry of Transport;
(4) Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security;
(5) Ministry of Environmental Protection; and
(6) Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Construction
