Interpreting Authority: General Administration of Customs
Applicability: The term “centralized declaration” refers to the special customs clearance method whereby a consignee or consignor that imports or exports goods listed in Article 3 of the Measures in several batches at the same port may, after completing record filing with customs, handle declaration for the goods using the PRC Customs Form for Centralized Declaration of Imports or PRC Customs Form for Centralized Declaration of Exports, and later complete customs formalities for all the goods using a customs declaration form (Article 2).
