Ministry of Finance, Measures for the Administration of the Priority Purchase and Order of Self-initiated Innovative Products by the Government

Applicability: The Measures apply to the acts of priority purchase and order by state authorities, public institutions, and associations (Procurers) using fiscal funds (Article 2). The Measures also apply to the procurement of trial products that fulfil the basic conditions for priority purchase by governments (Article 26).
