NetDragon Websoft Inc, a Fuzhou-based online game developers and operators, has made its initial public offering [IPO] on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The international placement (addressing Rule144A/Regulation S requirements) was completed on November 2 2007.

Sidley Austin represented Bear Stearns as the sole global coordinator and bookrunner, and represented Bear Stearns and First Shanghai Capital Limited as the joint sponsors and joint lead managers on the IPO.

Arculli Fong & Ng advised on Hong Kong law, while Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP advised on US law. Dacheng Law Offices advised on PRC law, and Conyers Dill & Pearman advised on Cayman Islands law.
