Main Contents: The part of Article 14 of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Implementing Rules on the Securities Transactions of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors that states that "qualified foreign institutional investors (QFIIs) may not carry out transactions of treasury bond buyback and corporate bonds for the time being due to technical reasons", is now repealed. Beginning from the issuance date of this Circular, QFIIs may carry out bond transactions and bond buyback transactions at the Shanghai Stock Exchange through entrusted securities company in accordance with provisions.
