These Tentative Measures strengthen the administration of overseas investment of insurance capital, and to protect the interests of involved parties, whilst at the same time further relaxing overseas investment of insurance capital.

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to laws and administrative regulations such as the PRC Insurance Law and PRC Foreign Exchange Control Regulations, etc., in order to strengthen the administration of the overseas investment of insurance capital, guard against risks and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the insured and parties involved in the overseas investment of insurance capital.

第一条为了加强保险资金境外投资管理，防范风险，保障被保险人以及保险资金境外投资当事人合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国保险法》、《中华人民共和国外汇管理条例》等法律、行政法规，制定本办法。
