Remuneration of administrators determined according to the value of property in the final repayment by the debtor.

Main Contents: The people's court shall determine the remuneration of the administrators in enterprise bankruptcies according to the total property value in the final repayment by the debtor, based on the respective percentage for the following ranges:

(1) 12% or less where the amount is Rmb1 million or less;

(2) 10% or less where the amount is within the range of Rmb1 million and Rmb5 million (inclusive);

(3) 8% or less where the amount is within the range of Rmb5 million and Rmb10 million (inclusive);

(4) 6% or less where the amount is within the range of Rmb10 million and Rmb50 million (inclusive);

(5) 3% or less where the amount is within the range of Rmb50 million and Rmb100 million (inclusive);

(6) 1% or less where the amount is within the range of Rmb100 million and Rmb500 million (inclusive); or

(7) 0.5% or less where the amount exceeds Rmb500 million (Article 2).
