Main Contents: The Shenzhen municipal bureau of land resources and housing management shall designate a portion of land whose leaseholds are to be granted for commodity residential premises for the construction of a certain ratio of policy-type residential premises by the real property developer that obtains such leasehold. Upon the completion of construction, the developer shall transfer the policy-type residential premises to the municipal bureau of land resources and housing management without consideration (Article 1). The total floor area of policy-type residential premises shall be 15% of the total floor area of the residential premises on the designated land whose leasehold is to be granted for commodity residential premises. The total floor area of policy-type residential premises on a piece of land shall in principle be larger than that of an entire residential building. If the total floor area of policy-type residential premises is less than that of an entire residential building, in principle, a central arrangement based on the number of units or floors shall be made (Article 2). The floor area of one set of policy-type residential premises may not exceed 90 square metres (Article 3).
