Main contents: The Outline states that the business development objectives are:
(1) to strive to double 2005's national income of the insurance industry in 2010 and have the income exceed Rmb1 trillion;
(2) to have insurance penetration and insurance density of 4% and Rmb750 respectively; and
(3) to have total assets managed by the insurance industry reaching Rmb5 trillion or more (Section Three).
