Main contents: The naming of overseas Chinese-invested enterprises or organizations shall not infringe the rights and interests of other enterprises in China, overseas enterprises and other Chinese-invested enterprises in the host country (Article 2). Without approval from the central government, overseas Chinese-invested enterprises or organizations shall not use characters such as "Zhongguo" (China) "Zhonghua" (China) or "Guojia" (the state) in their foreign language bussiness names (Article 3). The registered names of overseas Chinese-invested enterprises or organizations in the host country shall be the same as the names in their approval certificates (Article 6)
