Main contents: Without permission from the China Banking Regulatory Commission, foreign institutions may not publicize or promote foreign exchange business in China, or provide foreign exchange trading services through the internet to natural persons in China (Item One). The act of foreign exchange trading on the trading network platform of foreign institutions through the internet will not be protected by law of the PRC, and public financial consumers shall exercise due care when they participate in such types of activities (Item Two).
