Applicability: These Measures apply to the protection of the relevant patents, trademarks and copyrights in such activities as exhibitions, sales exhibitions, expositions, trade fairs and shows held in the PRC for all types of economic and technological trade (Article 2).

Main contents: For exhibitions held for a period of three days or more that have established an intellectual property complaint unit, the intellectual property administrative department at the place where the exhibition is held shall send staff to station and handle infringement cases in accordance with the law (Article 6). During the exhibition period, the local intellectual property bureau may accept complaints involving suspicion of infringement of patent rights, trademark rights and copyrights referred by the exhibition complaint unit, and handle the same in accordance with relevant provisions (Articles 16, 19 & 22).
