Applicability: The term "insurance brokerages launching business in a different region" refers to insurance brokerages engaging in insurance brokerage activities in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government outside the place of registration without establishing branches or sub-branches (Item One).
Main contents: Working personnel of insurance brokerages may directly engage in launching business in a different region (Item Two). No illegal service points may be established (Item Three). Such insurance brokerages shall comply with the restrictions imposed by the regulatory policies of the insurance regulatory bureau and by the industry organization at the place of business, and shall report details of their business to the insurance regulatory bureau at the place of business within 15 days from the end of each quarter (Item Four).
