Main contents: The quantity benchmarks of copies specified in Item(2) of the first paragraph and Item(2) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuratorate, Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of the Law When Handling Criminal Cases Involving the Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights shall respectively apply to acts of reproduction and distribution of audiographic or videographic works without permission of the producers for the purpose of gaining profits. The dissemination of audiographic and videographic works without permission of the producers via an information network shall be deemed as 'reproduction and distribution' as specified in Item (3) of Article 217 of the Criminal Law.
